Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose pipes, drains, fixtures, and water heaters efficiently.
- Piping Systems: Work proficiently with PEX, copper, PVC, and cast iron piping systems.
- Schematic Literacy: Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Operational Autonomy: Work independently or as part of a team to complete service calls and complex projects.
- Customer Stewardship: Provide top notch customer service while explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.
- Asset Maintenance: Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in excellent condition.
- Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Required
- Industry Tenure: 10 plus years of experience in a similar plumbing role across residential or commercial sectors.
- Code and Trade Knowledge: In depth knowledge of plumbing codes, piping systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills paired with high quality work standards.
- Logistics Infrastructure: Valid driver license with an insurable driving record.
- Personal Tools: Must possess basic hand and personal plumbing tools.

- Any relevant plumbing certifications or state licenses are a plus.
