The Opportunity

You will lead complex commercial structural steel and millwork projects from inception through completion. This role empowers you to drive operational excellence, optimize project profitability, and collaborate with industry professionals. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct end-to-end commercial project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Manage client communications and subcontractor activities to align field execution with project plans.
• Control project budgets, material allocations, and schedule updates to maximize operational efficiency.
• Resolve on-site engineering, design, and logistical challenges proactively to eliminate operational delays.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination between fabrication, drafting, and installation teams.
• Monitor project margins and contract scope changes to drive company profitability goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Professional experience managing projects for a general contractor or commercial millwork firm.
• Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret structural drawings and project specifications.
• Proven track record of managing project budgets, material schedules, and subcontractor workflows.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in commercial steel or millwork construction.
