Position Title: Electrical Superintendent

Company Name: Beargate Electrical Contracting Inc.

Pay Range: $38–$45+ per hour, based on experience

Location: Saint Pauls, NC

Industry: Industrial Electrical / Controls

Job Overview

Beargate Electrical Contracting Inc. is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple foreman-led crews on industrial electrical projects, primarily serving the food processing and water treatment industries.

This leadership role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, jobsite coordination, scheduling, and field operations. Our work includes both new project installations and ongoing maintenance work for long-term customers, creating a steady project pipeline and consistent year-round workload.

Because many of our customers operate around the clock, this position requires flexibility for overtime and weekend work as project and maintenance needs arise. These additional hours can provide strong overtime opportunities while helping us support our customers when they need us most.

The ideal candidate is a confident, safety-conscious leader who can manage multiple crews, maintain strong customer relationships, and consistently deliver quality work that meets design intent, code requirements, and project schedules.

Who We Are

Beargate Electrical Contracting Inc. is a rapidly growing electrical contractor specializing in industrial electrical and control systems, with a strong focus on the industrial food processing and water treatment industries.

We believe in building lasting relationships with our customers rather than completing one project and moving on. Many of our clients rely on us for both ongoing maintenance and future project work, allowing us to maintain a full schedule and provide our employees with long-term career opportunities rather than short-term, project-based positions.

We’re committed to building a team-oriented culture rooted in safety, integrity, quality, and growth. Our company offers 100% paid employee health and life insurance, consistent work, and a supportive environment where hard work is recognized and career development matters.
