Construction Superintendent – Lead Commercial Projects

• Salary/Pay Rate: $120,000 to $150,000 per year plus Project Completion Bonus (1099) 
• Location: Lake Charles, LA (100% Travel Required)

You will serve as a vital leader in Field Operations, executing complex commercial projects. This role gives you the autonomy to keep jobs running smoothly while working with a tight-knit team. You will have a direct impact on project success within an organization that treats you like family.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct daily on-site field operations to ensure project execution matches specifications.
• Coordinate diverse subcontractor groups to maintain strict project timelines and schedules.
• Manage material logistics and equipment deliveries to prevent real-time site delays.
• Monitor site safety protocols and enforce the correct usage of safety equipment.
• Solve structural and logistical obstacles immediately to protect the project budget.
• Document project progress daily and report updates directly to corporate leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record working as a Superintendent within the commercial construction industry.
• Strong capabilities in reading blueprint designs, architectural plans, and structural layouts.
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, organize site assets, and lead field teams.
• Absolute willingness to travel 100% of the time to designated project sites.
• Exceptional communication skills required to manage subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of related commercial construction leadership experience.
• Prior experience managing high-stakes project budgets and fast-paced completion schedules.
