Key Responsibilities

• Plumbing Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, and appliances.
• Gas Heating Systems: Service and maintain gas heating systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing and heating issues with accuracy and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Pipework & Fittings: Perform pipe threading, bending, soldering, and cutting as needed for system installation and maintenance.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend system life.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, explaining issues and presenting repair solutions.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets local plumbing/gas codes and safety standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• MA Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing and gas heating experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities as well as excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Commitment to professionalism, safety, and quality workmanship
