Senior Service/Installation Technician – Lead Residential HVAC Solutions Nationwide

The Opportunity:

You will drive field operations by delivering first-time-right diagnostic and installation services for residential HVAC systems across expanding markets. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Perform precise diagnostics and installations on complex residential HVAC systems with minimal oversight.
• Maintain an exceptionally low callback rate by executing all technical services strictly by the book.
• Lead field operations by example to support, mentor, and elevate surrounding team members.
• Travel up to 20% to support high-demand markets while maintaining steady project momentum.
• Deliver clear communication and exceptional technical service directly to residential homeowners.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and installation.
• Active EPA 608 Universal certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven technical mastery to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues on the first attempt.
• Full willingness to travel up to 20% for specialized field assignments across different markets.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Comprehensive knowledge of light commercial HVAC systems and advanced airflow design.
• Demonstrated history of field leadership or formal mentoring of junior technicians.
• Working knowledge of advanced safety protocols including OSHA standards and fall protection.
• Combination of residential, light commercial and new construction experience
• Experience with ServiceTitan
