Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy, focusing heavily on headhunting and deeply vetting top construction talent. This role grants you the autonomy to build robust candidate pipelines for diverse clients.

Your expertise in outbound sourcing and sharp screening directly impacts hiring speed and client growth.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Proactively source passive construction professionals utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and internal databases.
• Identify, recruit, and build robust talent pipelines for niche trades and high-demand management roles before vacancies arise.
• Conduct rigorous phone screens and behavioral consultations to verify deep alignment with strict client expectations.
• Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining clear and consistent candidate communication.
• Track all interview stages and update candidate tracking systems daily to ensure accurate data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to flag pipeline bottlenecks and adjust sourcing strategies in real time.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in outbound sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and cold recruitment strategies.
• Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting platforms.
• Strong phone interviewing skills and a demonstrated ability to evaluate technical capabilities objectively.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in American English.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, process-driven, and fully remote environments.

• Prior experience utilizing ATS and CRM systems specifically within the construction or skilled trades industry.
