Job Overview

Hahn Plumbing-Heating-AC is looking for a skilled, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician and Installer to join our Field Operations team. In this dual-role position, you'll perform diagnostics, service, and installation of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Service, repair, and install a range of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, tuning, and system adjustments.
  • Complete emergency and warranty repairs with professionalism and urgency.
  • Interact with customers to explain findings and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites.

Systems & Equipment Experience

  • Rooftop Units (RTUs)
  • Commercial and Residential Split Systems
  • Ductless Mini-Splits
  • Standard Residential Heating and Cooling Systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work weekends and take emergency calls as needed
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Own basic hand tools (PPE provided)
