Site Foreman – Lead Civil & Site Development Projects for Keystone Construction & Earthwork

The Opportunity:
You will serve as a vital field leader driving heavy civil, earthwork, and site development operations from ground prep through final completion. This role gives you direct ownership over crew performance, equipment allocation, and site execution while working on key commercial projects. You will play a central role in delivering high-impact infrastructure while building a long-term career with a growing team.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily activities of field crews to keep work safe and productive.
- Plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and allocate equipment to maintain target project timelines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, civil plans, elevations, and structural specifications.
- Monitor daily production rates while tracking labor hours, materials, and equipment usage on-site.
- Coordinate directly with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain thorough daily field reports, safety records, and project tracking documentation.
- Enforce strict job-site safety compliance, OSHA standards, and proper protective equipment use.
- Opportunity to work on company projects in Florida during the winter months.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience with prior team leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated background in heavy civil construction, excavation, site grading, or utility installation.
- Proven ability to interpret civil blueprints, site plans, and elevation details accurately.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 10% for regional project needs.
- Physical ability and willingness to perform hands-on field labor alongside your crew as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Formal safety certifications, such as OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Extensive experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment and managing civil site logistics.
