Doopon Electric LLC is seeking a high performing, authoritative Commercial Electrical Foreman to serve as a critical field leader driving our electrical and controls infrastructure portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • On Site Field Command: Supervise, direct, and mentor on site electrical field crews to guarantee high quality, zero defect installation delivery.
  • Code and Safety Enforcement: Manage the daily execution of heavy electrical installations in strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and localized building codes.
  • Task Sequence Coordination: Coordinate complex daily trade workflows and delegate clear responsibilities to technicians to continuously protect project critical path timelines
  • Materials and Logistics Procurement: Review architectural specifications to prepare accurate material takeoffs, manage supply orders, and minimize jobsite downtime.
  • Inspection Management: Schedule, prep, and facilitate mandatory municipal electrical inspections with regulatory officials to secure seamless project sign offs.
  • Field Administration Metrics: Keep precise logs of daily and weekly employee timesheets, author comprehensive progress reports, and capture on site field metrics.
  • Logistical Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve real time technical conflicts, spatial issues, and structural design discrepancies on site to proactively prevent project delays.
  • Culture and Teamwork Stewardship: Lead by example with absolute professional integrity, championing a supportive, collaborative environment focused on shared success and trade pride.


What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

  • Trade Licensure: Possession of a valid, active Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License.
  • Field Leadership Tenure: Proven experience operating successfully as a reliable team leader, crew supervisor, or electrical foreman with a verified capability to coordinate multi faceted projects.
  • Technical Schematic Fluency: Elite ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot engineering blueprints, structural drawings, control schematics, and complete electrical specifications.
  • Regulatory and Code Mastery: Advanced, up to date working knowledge of current National Electrical Code NEC standards and safety laws.
  • Safety Credentialing: An active, verified OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification.
  • Mobility and Logistics Infrastructure: A valid Driver's License paired with full flexibility to travel up to 10 percent of working hours to sites located outside a 30 mile radius.
  • Professional Attributes: A strong history of reliability, punctuality, and an organic drive for career growth.


Preferred

  • 5 plus years of professional, hands on field experience within commercial electrical and industrial controls.
  • Completion of a formal 4 year electrical apprenticeship or certified technical trade school program.
  • A continuous learning mindset with the adaptability to master cutting edge electrical methodologies and automation technologies.
