The Opportunity:

You will play a crucial role in delivering vital water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure alongside an elite underground utility crew. Working within a stable, family-owned firm, you will gain hands-on experience and build a lasting career in underground utility construction. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Handle, position, and stage pipes and materials to ensure precise placement for the pipe crew.
• Enforce strict jobsite safety standards to maintain a hazard-free work environment on every project.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking, ordering, and reporting required project materials.
• Collaborate closely with Pipe Crew Foremen and team members to meet daily installation goals.
• Maintain open communication with field supervisors regarding daily job progress and equipment needs.
• Resolve real-time operational challenges in the ditch to keep utility installation running smoothly.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Hillman or Pipe Layer Assistant in underground utilities.
• Proven commitment to jobsite safety enforcement and adherence to strict safety protocols.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual material handling and basic construction equipment operation.
• Strong teamwork and verbal communication skills across field operations.
• Ability to work comfortably in outdoor Florida weather conditions across various jobsite locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience on water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage pipe crews in South Florida.
• Basic familiarity with underground utility materials, fittings, and trench safety setup.
