Job Overview
Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas is looking for a licensed, dependable, and experienced Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work, excels at diagnosing and solving problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to residential customers. You'll be working hands-on with our hot tub, sauna, swim spa, pool and cold plunge systems, helping homeowners enjoy safe and efficient wellness experiences across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical installations and service for hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, and cold plunge systems.
- Diagnose electrical issues and create accurate proposals for service and installations.
- Ensure all work meets safety codes, building regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and schematics per the manufacturers diagram.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Drive to customer homes and job sites as required (company vehicle provided).
- Participate in ongoing training and safety programs.
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Electrician License (Required).
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
- Master electrician license is required.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Strong math skills and the ability to generate accurate proposals.
- Clear, professional communication and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong time management skills.

Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday
- Overtime as needed based on project timelines and customer needs
Work Location
- Based out of Madison, WI with travel to local customer homes and job sites
- Must be comfortable with daily travel within the regional service area (company vehicle provided)
