Appliance & Hardware Installation Technician – Premium Residential & Commercial Equipment Specialist

Job Overview:

• Location: Waianae, HI (Onsite / Oahu-based with 10% Travel Required).

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key installation specialist, bringing essential appliances and hardware solutions to homes and commercial spaces across Oahu. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Transport, set up, and haul away a wide range of residential and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
• Install and configure supplementary equipment and digital enhancements, such as Wi-Fi controls and smart hardware systems.
• Operate company vehicles safely, including box trucks and delivery vans, ensuring all cargo is properly loaded and secured.
• Educate clients and end-users on the safe, proper, and efficient operation of newly installed equipment.
• Pre-assemble components and ready equipment for daily transport using specialized hand tools and safety gear.
• Execute active physical tasks using two-wheeled hand carts, safely lifting and maneuvering equipment up to 90 lbs under various field conditions.
• Maintain detailed field logs and digital work order updates using smartphone and tablet tech packages with "Island-Wide Urgency."

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Must currently reside on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
• Valid Driver’s License and at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in appliance delivery/installation, mechanical maintenance, or general construction.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and driver screening checks.
• Capability to lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs safely using proper equipment and lifting techniques.
• Proficiency with basic power/hand tools and smartphone technology for work order management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of dedicated residential or commercial appliance installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent trade school exposure.
• Previous experience driving box trucks or navigating multi-stop delivery routes across Oahu.
• Proven background in direct customer service with strong communication skills.
