  • Location: West Los Angeles, CA
  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
  • Project Scope: High-End Luxury Residential Estate Masonry
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License


The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key field leader directing daily operations on prestigious residential estates throughout Beverly Hills and Bel Air. This role gives you the opportunity to showcase your master craftsmanship while guiding dedicated crews to build world-class outdoor living spaces. You will make a lasting impact by turning complex architectural visions into timeless, high-end stone and concrete landscapes.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead daily masonry crews on luxury residential landscape construction projects to deliver exceptional outdoor living environments.
  • Coordinate daily jobsite activities and delegate tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule and within quality specifications.
  • Execute complex installations of natural stone, concrete flatwork, retaining walls, veneers, and pavers with precision.
  • Conduct regular site safety meetings and maintain an organized, hazard-free field environment.
  • Read and interpret construction plans to resolve real-time site challenges proactively.
  • Mentor field crew members to elevate team craft skill and maintain high productivity standards.
  • Perform continuous quality control inspections to ensure every finish meets our rigorous standards.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on masonry or concrete construction experience.
  • Proven track record leading masonry or landscape construction crews in the field.
  • Technical mastery in natural stone, pavers, concrete flatwork, veneers, and retaining walls.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed architectural plans and construction specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate construction equipment and power tools safely.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to project sites.
  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience managing high-end residential estate or luxury outdoor living projects.
  • Specialized knowledge in high-end outdoor living elements and decorative masonry.
  • Valid OSHA safety certification.
  • Strong logistical coordination and field problem-solving abilities.
