The Opportunity

Greenview Landscape is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced landscaping professionals to maintain high-end residential and commercial properties throughout the Memphis area. How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and general property upkeep.
• Assist with seasonal landscape projects and property enhancements.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company quality standards to ensure every property is maintained to a high level.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily assignments on schedule.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or a related outdoor labor position.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience maintaining residential and commercial properties.
• Experience operating common landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow within the landscaping industry.
