Project Management Manager – Lead Pool Repair and Remodels for 1 AWESOME Pool Solution

The Opportunity:

You will take complete ownership of project operations, serving as the primary leader behind swimming pool remodel, repair, and construction projects throughout the Las Vegas market. This role puts you in the driver's seat to manage field execution, coordinate crews and subcontractors, solve technical challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently from accepted estimate through final completion. You will directly support the growth of a trusted pool company while taking on responsibilities currently managed by ownership and helping create the operational structure needed to scale.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Oversee all project phases from accepted estimates through final completion and client sign-off.
• Direct daily job site execution for residential and commercial pool remodel, repair, and resurfacing projects.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, equipment, and project schedules.
• Review incoming project scopes and estimates to identify labor, access, material, and technical requirements before work begins.
• Troubleshoot complex field issues involving pool equipment, plumbing, PVC, electrical systems, concrete, decking, excavation, and related construction conditions.
• Work closely with sales and ownership to ensure sold projects can be executed accurately and profitably.
• Coordinate repair work based on findings provided by third-party leak detection companies.
• Maintain clear customer communication throughout active projects regarding progress, scheduling, field conditions, and next steps.
• Inspect completed work and help ensure quality standards are met before project closeout.
• Maintain accurate project notes, photos, schedules, and updates using company technology and project management systems.
• Help improve crew accountability, field efficiency, training, and operational processes.
• Take increasing ownership of daily project operations so executive leadership can focus on company growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience in swimming pool remodel, build, repair, and field operations.
• Proven background in project coordination, estimating, and field crew management.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of residential and commercial swimming pool construction standards.
• Strong working knowledge of pool equipment, pumps, motors, filters, plumbing, PVC, electrical systems, lighting, concrete, decking, and resurfacing.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Ability to troubleshoot field problems and make sound operational decisions with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field employees, and ownership.
• Ability to work throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding service areas.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive local trade expertise within the Las Vegas market.
• Demonstrated history of optimizing crew efficiency and maintaining project profit margins.
• Previous swimming pool operations management or project management experience.
• Experience managing pool repair and remodel crews.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience working with JobTread or similar construction management software.
• Experience estimating complex residential or commercial pool projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary with additional commission opportunities.
• Expected total compensation may reach approximately $80,000 - $90,000+ based on commission and performance.
