How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage job sites independently to ensure high-quality painting standards and customer satisfaction.
• Apply paints, stains, and protective coatings using professional sprayers, rollers, and brushes.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming prior to coating application.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with trade safety protocols.
• Collaborate with crew members on site and support travel projects when required.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship that upholds the reputation and name of the company.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial painting.
• Proven proficiency in operating and maintaining paint spraying equipment.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage project sites with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time for out-of-town project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience with wall covering and wallpaper installation techniques.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay cycle with an hourly pay rate ranging from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour.
